Ron Pardo is a Canadian actor. In the animated series PAW Patrol (2013), Ron has voiced Captain Turbot since the very first episode. Captain Turbot is a well-read marine biologist and one of the best friends of the PAW Patrol (and sometimes even a member of the team in special Merpups episodes). Ron Pardo also voices Mayor Humdinger, who started as a minor character but became so popular that he is now the main villain of the theatrical adaptation of the show: PAW Patrol: The Movie (2021). On screen, Ron Pardo is known for impersonating many celebrities on the show History Bites (1998).
