Selma Kouchy, born in Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot (Lot-et-Garonne), is a French actress of Algerian origin. Trained in theater, she began working with Marianne Valéry in Monclar before achieving success with Jacques et son maître, directed by Nicolas Briançon. The play was nominated three times for the Molières. She continued her career in film with Muriel Robin under the direction of Mehdi Charef in Marie-Line, then on television, appearing in numerous TV movies.
