Sophy Romvari (born October 20, 1990) is a Canadian director, screenwriter, and actress. After her short films, especially the award-winning Still Processing (2020), attracted significant attention online, Romvari received widespread critical acclaim and numerous awards for her feature debut Blue Heron (2025). A collection of Romvari's short films, including Still Processing, was released by The Criterion Collection on their streaming platform in 2022.
