Born in 1983 in Seoul, South Korea. Grew up in a family with a younger brother. His father worked as an architect, and his mother was a cosmetologist. He studied at Kalamazoo College. He works as an actor and producer. Since 2016, he has been married to photographer Joana Pak, and the couple has 2 children: a son, Jude, and a daughter whose name is not disclosed.
