Sylvia Gertrudis Martina Hoeks (born 1 June 1983) is a Dutch actress and former model. She was born in Maarheeze, a southern town in the Netherlands. At the age of 14, she was spotted by the Elite Models agency and traveled to many European countries to work as a model. After finishing school, she achieved national recognition with Jos Stelling's film Duska (2007), for which she received the Golden Calf (the Dutch equivalent of the Oscar) at the annual Netherlands Film Festival.

Hoeks is best known for her roles in the films The Best Offer (2013), Renegades (2017), and Blade Runner 2049 (2017).
