What it’s about

Shang Zhitao, a young woman with an ordinary education, lands a job at a leading advertising company in Beijing. On her first day, her boss Luan Nian, a creative genius, tells her to quit. Under pressure, she tackles difficult tasks and gradually becomes a capable employee. She and Luan Nian fall in love, but their relationship is on-again, off-again.
