What it’s about

In Belouralsk, a chemical plant and satellite city are announced, bringing vast budgets and attracting criminal interest. Power is divided between local crime boss Uma and corrupt criminal investigation chief Mamonov, who clash over control of the project. To stop the violence, Colonel Drobny is sent in, and agent Yura Gvozdev goes undercover inside Uma's gang. Yura grew up in Belouralsk, where his father, sister, and her husband, local policeman Egor Lebeda, still live. His mission grows more dangerous as his girlfriend becomes a weak point, threatening both the operation and his loved ones.
