Rebecca De Mornay (nacida Rebecca Jane Pearch; 29 de agosto de 1959) es una actriz de cine y televisión estadounidense. Su papel cinematográfico breakthrough llegó en 1983, cuando interpretó a Lana en Risky Business junto a Tom Cruise. Sus otros papeles cinematográficos notables incluyen a Sara en Runaway Train en 1985, Helen McCaffrey en el thriller Backdraft en 1991 y su interpretación de la escalofriantemente retorcida niñera Peyton Flanders en el popular thriller de 1992 The Hand That Rocks the Cradle.
