What it’s about
Matt Stifler, the younger brother of the notorious Steve Stifler, is sentenced to spend his summer at band camp. Determined to follow in his sibling's footsteps, he plans to make a video of his own exploits. Once there, he teams up with fellow campers to pull off pranks using hidden cameras. His behavior grows increasingly outrageous, especially after he befriends a rebellious girl named Elyse.
