About the film

What it’s about

Kaalidhar, who has dementia, overhears his younger brothers plotting to take his inheritance and abandon him. Unwilling to be a burden, he leaves home with no money. After being put off a bus in a village, he meets Ballu, a homeless boy who lives near a temple and earns a living through odd jobs. At first they struggle to get along, but Ballu decides to take the older man under his wing.

What hooks you

Abhishek Bachchan plays Kaalidhar, and Daivik Baghela plays Ballu. The director Madhumita also co-wrote the screenplay. The film is a remake of "KD".
