In 1987, U.S. Navy Lieutenant Troy “Assassin” Kelly is sent on a top-secret mission into Soviet territory. The operation goes wrong, leaving him alone behind enemy lines. His only hope is Nikolai Ustinov, a stern ex-KGB agent whose unexpected fondness for American culture complicates their deadly first encounter.
