About the film

No one fights alone.

What it’s about

Derek "Diamond" Douglas has the talent to reach the top, yet his unpredictable ring style keeps him from realising it. A championship opportunity arrives, promising to reshape his career, but the path to the belt is fraught. Team tensions rise, sponsors push for spectacle, and the opponent resorts to dirty tactics. Derek must face not only the man across the ring but also the shadows of his own past.

What hooks you

The film's thriller edge comes from the mounting pressure inside and outside the ropes, as described in the short synopsis.

Who it’s for

It suits viewers who enjoy sports dramas where personal demons loom as large as the opponent, and who appreciate independent British cinema with a gritty, character-driven focus.
