Temptation May Be His Greatest Adversary
What it’s about
The King of Bohemia approaches Sherlock Holmes with a delicate matter. A photograph showing him with Irene Adler, a legendary opera singer, could derail his impending marriage to a Scandinavian princess. Adler threatens to reveal the image unless the king agrees to marry her instead. Holmes and Dr. Watson set out to recover the photograph, but the detective soon realises this is no ordinary blackmail scheme. Adler's motives are more complex than they first appear, and Holmes must unravel her true intentions before the scandal breaks.
