About the film

The bloodiest fairy tale.

What it’s about

A group of girlfriends arrives at a forest lodge to celebrate. The surrounding woods hide bloodthirsty lunatics who believe they are characters from classic fairy tales, turning the celebration into a fight for survival.

What hooks you

László Illés directs a cast that includes Malcolm McDowell as the Frog King, Mark Sheppard as the Ringmaster, Michael Berryman as the Huntsman, Bonnie Aarons as the Witch, Kane Hodder as the Big Bad Wolf, and Lydia Pearl Pentz as Wendy.

Who it’s for

It will appeal to those who enjoy dark reimaginings of familiar stories, where childhood icons become menacing and the line between fantasy and nightmare blurs.
