Isabel moves into a prestigious building with her two children, drawn by an unusually affordable rent and a peculiar admission process. Once settled, she notices frightening oddities in the apartment. Three elderly neighbours from the floor below begin to disrupt her life, and she grows convinced that something menacing lurks beneath her floor.
