Jonathan Kenny (28 September 1957 – 15 November 2024) was an Irish comedian and actor, living in Lough Gur and one half of the famous Irish comedy duo d'Unbelievables along with Pat Shortt. They were a very successful duo until 2000, releasing One Hell of a Video, D'Unbelievables, D'Video, D'Telly, D'Mother and D'collection, but the group stopped touring after Kenny was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Kenny was a talented singer and a supporter of the rugby club Munster. Kenny finished filming the lead role in the independent European feature film Insatiable, directed by Jessie Kirby. About his new DVD Back to Front, John says he plays the most despicable man in Ireland in this film, which became his first serious role. John Kenny has many relatives from the Irish Midlands and West Ireland. His mother's maiden name was Dirrane, and her grandparents came from Inishmore in the Aran Islands.

Kenny returned to solo comedy and performed throughout Ireland with his one-man show. In spring 2007 Kenny released his first solo stand-up DVD, Back to Front.

In 2012–13 Kenny created a completely new theatre show, Mag Mell, together with visual artist Des Dillon and musicians/composers Benny McCarthy and Conal O'Grada.
