Karim Shaaban is an Egyptian director who recently presented his short film "I DON'T CARE IF THE WORLD COLLAPSES" starring Egyptian star Salma Abu Deif. Over the past decade, he has established himself as one of the best commercial directors in the Arab world. His first feature film "FI YAWM" ("IN ONE DAY") received a special mention at the 37th Cairo International Film Festival. It was followed by the short film "NIGHT SHIFT," which had its world premiere at the Cleveland International Film Festival and went viral on YouTube, accumulating more than 700,000 views to date.

Most recently, he directed his debut feature film "6 DAYS" starring Ahmed Malek and Aya Samaha, produced by the Cairo-based company Sea Cinema Productions.
