Magalie Lépine-Blondeau studied theater arts at Collège Saint-Laurent and then at the National Theatre School of Canada. After graduating, she appeared extensively on television, in film, and on stage. She dubs characters in hundreds of films and series. She also voices Tamara Hope.

In the theater, she regularly works with director Serge Denoncourt. Under his direction, she notably played Madame de Tourvel in "Les Liaisons dangereuses" and Roxane in "Cyrano de Bergerac." She also took part in the creation of Michel Marc Bouchard's play "Christine, la reine-garçon." Since September 2015, she has hosted the program Partir autrement on TV5.
