Mark Heap is a well-known British actor and comedian, best known for embodying eccentric and neurotic characters in several cult British sitcoms. He is widely known for his roles as the strange neighbour Jim Bell in Friday Night Dinner and the arrogant Dr Alan Statham in Green Wing.
