Russian comedy actor, radio and TV presenter. Former member of the KVN team of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. In 1999, at the suggestion of his brother Ashot Keshchyan, he began participating in KVN games. As part of the team "Children of Lumumba" in the 2000-2001 season he became the absolute champion of the city of Sochi, winning the championship in Sochi and the Super Cup of Sochi. In 2002, as part of "Children of Lumumba", he again won the championship of Sochi. As part of the KVN team "Big Sochi" in 2001 he became champion of the KVN League "Start", and in 2002 a semifinalist of the Northern KVN League. "Grandchildren of Lumumba" was the team of the Sochi branch of RUDN, and before the 2003 season Ararat and his brother Ashot were invited to Moscow, to the team "RUDN National Team". With it he made his debut in the KVN Major League in the first 1/8 final of the 2003 season and immediately became one of the team's main actors. In his debut season, the "RUDN National Team" confidently won the 1/8 and 1/4 finals, and then in a two-round confrontation made it to the final, where it took third place. At the music festival in Jurmala, Ararat, performing the parody "Talking KiViN" of Gennady Khazanov's monologue "The Parrot", as part of his team became the recipient of the award "Small KiViN in Gold". In 2004, the "RUDN National Team" again reached the final of the season, where, losing to the "Pyatigorsk National Team" by only 0.6 points, it came second.

At the 2004 Jurmala festival, Ararat performed a new parody of Khazanov's monologue "The Parrot", and his team became the recipient of the "Big KiViN in Dark". In 2005, the "RUDN National Team" did not participate in the Major League games, but at the music festival in Jurmala it again became the recipient of the "Small KiViN in Gold". Ararat showed the third version of "Talking KiViN", which was a great success due to the fact that Khazanov himself was sitting on the jury, to whom the monologue was addressed. In 2006, the "RUDN National Team" took part in the games of the 2006 KVN Major League and again reached the final. In a dramatic struggle, losing to the "LUNA" team until the last competition, the team of the Peoples' Friendship University managed to snatch victory. The "Singing KiViN 2006" also turned out well for the RUDN team: the "RUDN National Team" won the main award of the festival - the "Big KiViN in Gold". In 2007, Ararat, as part of the "RUDN National Team", won the KVN Summer Cup. In 2005-2008, Ararat Keshchyan participated in games dedicated to KVN's birthday. In 2011, Ararat, as part of the "RUDN National Team", won the "Big KiViN in Gold" at the "Singing KiViN" festival.
