Born in Odessa, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. Information about his birthplace varies - either Kremenchug or Odessa is cited. He spent his childhood in the Poltava region. His father is a deputy of the city council of Kremenchug. Vitaly studied at Kremenchug Lyceum No. 4. From an early age, Vitaly was fond of music. He graduated from a music school in the piano class and became a laureate of the Poltava region. He also practiced karate and football.

From the age of 12 he began working, earning extra money as a cleaner at a post office, as well as a loader and general laborer at a construction site.
