Shamaine Buencamino is a Filipino actress and mental health advocate. She has been nominated for the Gawad Urian Award five times. Internationally, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the International Film Festival of World Cinema (IFFWC) in London in 2018 for her role in the film Bagahi; and received the Best Supporting Actress award at the San Diego International Short Film Festival (SDSFF) in 2025 for her role in the short film Angelit.

She is married to Filipino actor Nonie Buencamino.
