Tair Mamedov was born in the capital of Azerbaijan, in the city of Baku. His father is Azerbaijani, his mother is Armenian. He began his career with KVN back in 1998, playing for the KVN team Children of Lumumba (RUDN). Later he played for the RosNOU team, which performed in the Premier League. On April 23, 2005, at the invitation of Garik Martirosyan, he made his debut together with Yegor Alekseev as part of the duo The Beatles on Comedy Club. From the spring of 2006, after Yegor left, he performed alone. His calling card on Comedy Club was his parodies of Program Maximum. In the autumn of 2008 he became the host of the program 13 Angry Viewers. He was also a co-host of the program King of the Ring.

In 2008 he was invited to the reality show The Last Hero. He is the screenwriter and an actor in the film "A Very Russian Detective," produced by EGO Production. He took part in the First Channel show "Two Stars" paired with Yulia Kovalkova. In the autumn of 2009, together with Nikita Dyuvbanov, he hosted the program "Truth Detector" on the MTV Russia channel. From December 11, 2009 to May 22, 2010 he hosted the show "Killer Evening." He was a host with Viktoria Bonya on the MTV channel of the programs "Love Machine" and "Love at First Sight" with Evelina Bledans. Since 2010 he has been a creative producer at Mastiff Production.
