Toshiyuki Morikawa (born January 26, 1967) is a well-known Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Since his debut, he was affiliated with Arts Vision until April 1, 2011, when he and Jun Fukuyama founded their own talent agency, Axl One. His name is also sometimes mistakenly written as Tomoyuki. He studied at the Katsuta Seiyuu Academy and was in the same class as Kotono Mitsuishi, Chisa Yokoyama, Wataru Takagi, Sachiko Sugawara, and Michiko Neya.
