   Tzachi completed his mandatory military service in the Israel Defense Forces in the reconnaissance battalion "Samson's Foxes", part of the "Givati Brigade" of the infantry forces, and as an officer in an elite special unit - the counter-terrorism battalion "Duvdevan".

   Tzachi's father was an employee of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office; for this reason the whole family lived from 1975 to 1977 in Denmark, from 1977 to 1980 in Italy, from 1983 to 1985 in Egypt, from 1985 to 1987 and from 1990 to 1993 in Belgium.

   In addition to his native Hebrew, Tzachi is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.

   Tzachi and his ex-wife, dancer and choreographer Una Holbrook, have a son, Dean Halevi.
