Season 7

Episode 1

Alexandra Ivanovna Kushnir is in her element, but in a different setting. Her family life is in the past; she works as an ordinary detective in the investigation department of the Rosa Khutor mountain resort. Her new colleagues see Sasha as an arrogant know-it-all who eats the department's entire supply of sweets. And the fact that she solves complex cases with flying colors doesn't make her any more popular. Even now, while working on the murder of a rock climber, Sasha will have to take to the sky, plunge into the water, and climb to the very top of the mountain, where she will face a showdown with the killer. The case is complicated by the fact that her new boss, Ekaterina Rozova, wants to set her up with her son, who has secrets in his past.

Episode 2

The new chapter is not easy for Alexandra — this whole life is not for her. Especially since Kushnir must prevent an assassination attempt on the mayor at an important event in the Seaport. However, at some point the situation spirals out of control: a completely different person is killed. An internal investigation is launched, and Alexandra finds herself under fire. Then Sasha's former boss, Arkady Olkhovsky, comes to her aid. It is here, in an atmosphere of danger and beautiful scenery, that a mutual attraction arises between Kushnir and Olkhovsky. However, when Alexandra Ivanovna realizes who the real killer is, she will have to make a difficult choice.

Episode 3

Alexandra and Olkhovsky return home. However, on the way they get into trouble again. The car breaks down, and the investigators end up in a romantic place — a hotel with vineyards. But wherever Kushnir is, something always happens: the body of the owner of one of the vineyards is discovered. The case is not simple, and on top of that, a new intern, Stepan Zavyalov, falls in love with the suspect's daughter, and Olkhovsky demands that he be removed from the case. Sasha realizes that she needs to set aside all personal sympathies and relationships and be a strict boss. To solve the case, Kushnir and her team need to make sense not only of the evidence, but also of the wine varieties.

Episode 4

Alexandra just can't get back into her old life. The already settled divorce from Boris drags on, and her relationship with Olkhovsky refuses to settle into a comfortable working groove. Her mother has left, and Sasha will have to rely only on herself. Unexpectedly, Kushnir's new neighbor, the writer Maria, comes to the rescue in this situation. Alexandra Ivanovna is investigating the murder of eco-activist Zhanna Sotnikova. The grief-stricken husband asks her to find those responsible, and the city mayor wants the case put under special control. Kushnir unexpectedly meets her old acquaintance, the oligarch Konstantin Vlasov, with whom she had a romantic history in the past. Kushnir must figure out whether Konstantin has anything to do with the Sotnikova case or not.

Episode 5

Kushnir and the whole team are literally swamped without Zavyalov: they are short an operative. On another case—the murder of a wealthy heiress, Marta Kuznetsova—Olkhovsky introduces them to a new department employee, Ilya Markov. It doesn't take him long to establish contact with the investigators. However, Ilya knows the social scene well, which helps in the investigation, in which the city's creative elite—artists, sculptors—turn out to be important witnesses and sometimes suspects. Alexandra, meanwhile, has to become a ghost to provoke the killer. Olkhovsky tries to invite Kushnir and her son for a walk, but Vlasov beats him to it.

Episode 6

Alexandra Ivanovna, due to her excessive professional suspicion, nearly ruins Vlasov's birthday. But he even likes Sasha's eccentricity, and he intends to win her reciprocation. However, a new case—the death of a cash-in-transit courier and the theft of bank money from an armored vehicle—demands Kushnir's special attention. At some point it turns out that the kidnapping plan is part of a big game by criminals whom Alexandra must expose.

Episode 7

Alexandra receives an unexpected important assignment—to find a pirate costume for her son for a children's matinee. But she and the team have a new case. A young man has been killed—Alex Moskvin, an employee of a water scooter rental shop who was known for his amorous escapades. However, the investigation, which initially looks simple, unexpectedly takes a new turn. Kushnir is forced to ask Markov to work undercover. Now the lives of Ilya and Alexandra Ivanovna are in danger.

Episode 8

Alexandra helps Vlasov with his business affairs, and he considers them an excellent couple. Olkhovsky is jealous, but Kushnir has no time for personal problems: she is investigating the murder of lawyer Yana Lisitskaya, who specialized in special cases, securing acquittals for hardened criminals. She had many enemies, for Lisitskaya was a cynical and cruel person. However, it turns out that Alexandra Ivanovna herself has ill-wishers who wish her death.

Episode 9

Alexandra Kushnir is in the hospital, undergoing rehabilitation after the accident. Vlasov and Olkhovsky pamper her in an attempt to win the main prize—her heart. But Kushnir cannot sit still. All the more so because her attention is drawn to a patient at the clinic—the "town madwoman," who is sure her daughter was not killed but taken to a harem. Meanwhile, Alexandra's team is investigating the kidnapping of a bride from her own bachelorette party. The theories are mostly romantic or connected to the groom's family money, but only Kushnir can get to the truth.

Episode 10

Alexandra tries to rest during a well-deserved vacation, but she isn't doing a very good job of it. On top of that, there's an emergency in the department: a woman has been killed, and suspicion falls on her husband, who recently returned from prison. This leads the man to take one of the team members hostage. Kushnir has only one day to solve the riddle, since he demands proof of his innocence in the crime within that deadline. Alexandra Ivanovna does everything to prevent a tragedy, but she is very nervous—a sudden plunge back into work after the accident proves to be no easy matter.
