Rewind

It’s been six months since Beverly and Crenshaw played that pivotal playoff game, determining who would move on to the championship. But little did they know, this coming week, would actually be the one to change the course of their lives. School may be almost out for the summer, but Cassius and KJ are just beginning the unexpected fight for their joint future. KJ’s intensity of late takes a turn, leaving loved ones worried and sweeping Khalil up in its tow. Meanwhile, Jordan and Cassius’ attempts at building a family relationship take an unexpected turn.

There Is No Competition

Jordan struggles to reconnect with Layla while Cassius is determined to show he’s the right coach for Beverly. Amina’s sudden reappearance throws Khalil and KJ off balance just as they need to focus on the Showcase, stirring tension, jealousy, and unresolved feelings that neither are prepared to face. Meanwhile, Coop is riding high on her new professional opportunities.

Fight for Your Right

Jordan seeks help from Layla - as well as a sign from his father - as he wrestles with a life-changing job offer. Cassius, riding high after his latest wins at Beverly, asks KJ for help as he plans to repair his fractured marriage to Ava, unaware of the collision course he's on with Jordan. Amina secretly struggles with the secret she's keeping and launches a plan to salvage her future - all before Preach finds out.

No More Hiding

In a flashback to Amina's time at Dinsberg, secrets are revealed that put Amina and KJ on the hot seat. Tori and Khalil grow closer. Meanwhile, Layla seeks out her father, JP, for help, but the visit ends up very different than either of them expected. Coop's leveling up in the law field is called into question by Layla and Amina.

The Truth

It's Wednesday night! Coop throws a dinner party at the Baker's that turns into the perfect storm of fights as everyone's secrets come to light and both family and friends are left feeling betrayed. Khalil helps Tori uncover the truth. Pushed to the edge, Cassius digs up an enemy from Billy Baker's past to help secure his future.

Rebel Without a Pause

An ICE raid at South Crenshaw High leaves Amina, Preach and Khalil forever changed. KJ and his Beverly teammates activate to help their friends at South Crenshaw, but their actions have consequences. Meanwhile, a bomb drop during their press conference threatens to blow up Cassius and Jordan's relationship.

Somehow Some Way

On the heels of the ICE raid at South Crenshaw High, Coop, Layla, KJ, Breonna and Khalil go on a tireless mission to save their loved ones. Meanwhile, Jordan and Cassius come together to help the South Crenshaw community, while facing the unexpected fallout from their failed showcase press conference with Cliff.

Best Friends

A very pregnant Olivia surprises Layla with a visit just when she needs her the most. As Tori turns to Layla and Olivia for relationship help, they relive the best, the worst and the messiest of their friendship. Meanwhile, Cliff pulls KJ into his shady plans, and outside pressures become too much for Khalil as the showcase approaches.

Feel

The events of Saturday morning leave Khalil and Jordan reeling. Khalil finally confronts his past with the help of his dad and Amina. KJ struggles to carry the showcase alone and makes the mistake of leaning on the wrong people. Meanwhile, Coop's struggle to reconcile her past with her future strains her relationship with Breonna. And Jordan leans on Cassius in his time of need.

All That I Got Is You

Cassius is forced to choose between his immediate family and the Bakers as the showcase and the Baker family crisis build to new levels. Coop sets out on a mission to find an m.i.a. Spencer while still struggling to help Preach. Layla's attempt to keep Jordan calm and comfortable during the Baker family crisis backfires. Khalil makes an important decision.

Find You Way Back

Olivia sends Jordan on a quest that forces Jordan and Layla to confront both their past and the future that lies ahead for them. Meanwhile, the search for Spencer continues. Coop and Amina fight to bring Preach home. KJ struggles with handing the reins for the showcase back to Cassius. And Khalil shows up when it matters the most.
