Trivia

- This character first appeared in the pages of a Spider-Man comic in February 1974. Initially, he was planned to be just a secondary character, but due to growing popularity, these plans had to be adjusted.
- Jon Bernthal became the fourth actor to play Frank Castle/The Punisher, after Dolph Lundgren (the 1989 action film of the same name directed by Mark Goldblatt), Thomas Jane (Jonathan Hensleigh's 2004 film), and Ray Stevenson in the thriller "Punisher: War Zone" (Lexi Alexander, 2008).
- On the nightstand by Dina's bed is a photo of the cover of Shohreh Aghdashloo's autobiography "The Alley of Love and Yellow Jasmines" (2013).
- In the scene where Billy Russo first brings Curtis the rent money for the space, Curtis calls Billy "a man with both taste and money." These are lyrics from The Rolling Stones' song "Sympathy for the Devil" (1968).
