What it’s about
Cassie Blake relocates to Chance Harbor, Washington, to live with her grandmother after losing her mother in a fire. At her new high school, she meets a group of classmates who reveal that they are all descendants of witches. They have been waiting for Cassie, the sixth member needed to complete their circle and unlock its full power. As Cassie begins to understand her own abilities, she is drawn into their world. Yet there are darker forces at work, and the circumstances of her mother's death may not have been accidental.
