What it’s about

The Richer family, led by the widely admired Philippe, runs a powerful company. The Martinus, headed by the abrasive Michel, are agricultural producers shunned by their community. The two patriarchs are on the verge of completing a major transaction: the Richer enterprise is to pass into Martinu hands. But the long-awaited agreement is disrupted by a troubling and unexpected occurrence. From that point, everything is thrown into disarray, including for their three heirs, who are pulled into a ruthless struggle.
