On the famous day the Berlin Wall fell, Leyla goes into the middle of the events to take photographs, and her path crosses with Kenan's. Leyla, whose mother is German and father is Turkish, is a young woman who is a guardian angel. While being abandoned at a young age by her Turkish father leaves deep marks on Leyla's life, her sister Suzi is one of her most sensitive points. And the thing Leyla said she would 'never' do happens; she falls in love with a Turkish man. This love, growing at lightning speed, turns into a powerful bond that will change both of their lives. For Kenan, the son of one of Adana's wealthy and well-established families, giving up Leyla is not easy. Kenan, who is attached to his family and roots, finds himself caught between the responsibilities he carries toward his family on one side and the great love he feels for Leyla on the other.
