Trivia
All facts 10
- Bill's gun is a Colt Single Action Army, the "Peacemaker."
- In the final scene of the film, Uma Thurman sits on the couch in exactly the same way as her character in "Pulp Fiction" (1994).
- The film was first shown in a city called Austin, Texas. It ended with a five-minute storm of unceasing ovations. The impression was so great that producer Harvey Weinstein refused to make any changes to the final version of the film.
- The story of the fate of Master Pai Mei is told with the help of a flute to the music from the fairy tale by composer Prokofiev, "Peter and the Wolf." Pai Mei means "White Eyebrow."
- The chapter "Yuki's Revenge" was cut from the film so that another chapter could appear—"The Massacre Between Two Pines," which shows in detail the attack on the Bride.
- Chapter number 8 bears the proud title "The Lonely Grave of Paula Schultz." The chapter is named this way based on the 1968 film "The Wicked Dreams of Paula Schultz," a romantic comedy in which the role of Paula was played by Elke Sommer, and the role of Bill by Bob Crane.
