Biography

American actor known for the TV series Twin Peaks, as well as the films Kill Bill and Django Unchained, and for playing Sheriff Earl McGraw in the films of Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez.

Parks made his film debut in the 1965 film Bus Riley's Back in Town. In the cult TV series Twin Peaks, Parks played the criminal Jean Renault. Over his 50-year career, Parks took part in the filming of more than 100 films and TV series.
