Anne Benoît is a French actress. Since 1981, she has appeared in more than 60 films and television projects.

Benoît trained at the Versailles Conservatory under Marcel Tassancourt. She later attended Tania Balachova's drama school and took part in masterclasses with Antoine Vitez, Sophie Loucachevsky, and Aurélien Recoing. Her film debut came in the 1981 film "Le Bahut va craquer" (The School Is Falling Apart), directed by Michel Nerval.
