Her mother was a doctor, her father an engineer. She grew up in Tolyatti. She graduated from a school of arts in the piano class, then from a music college in the "choral conducting" class. She studied at the theatre studio of the Koleso Theatre (1994), at the Yaroslavl Theatre Institute (1995, workshop of V. S. Shalimov), and at RATI-GITIS (1997, workshop of M. A. Zakharov). In 1999-2001 she performed at the Russian Academic Youth Theatre (RAMT).
