Ilinca Manolache (born August 1, 1985) is a Romanian actress.

Manolache is a frequent collaborator of director Radu Jude. She first appeared in his 2018 feature film I Do Not Care If We Go Down in History as Barbarians, followed in 2021 by Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn and the short film Caricaturana.

In 2021, Manolache created the character Bobita, a misogynist with a penchant for crude speech and a distinctive appearance achieved with a Snapchat filter. Although her Instagram videos as Bobita were initially poorly received among her contemporaries in the theater world, the character was included in her next collaboration with Jude, the 2023 film Do Not Expect Too Much from the End of the World.
