Katie Leung (born 8 August 1987; pronounced [lœ:ŋ]) is a Scottish actress. She first gained recognition for the role of Cho Chang, Harry Potter's first love interest in the Harry Potter film series, and later for the roles of Caitlyn Kiramman in the Netflix animated series Arcane and Ash in the Amazon Prime Video science fiction series The Peripheral.

Among British television viewers, Leung is known for leading roles in the miniseries One Child and Strangers, as well as a supporting role in the police tragicomedy Annika.
