Winner of the Art-Kino Festival in the "Best Ensemble Cast" nomination (2018, for the film "The Meeting"). From the age of 7 she studied dance in jazz-modern, folk, and classical styles. For 3 years she attended a music school in the piano class. In 2008 she finished 9 grades and entered the NTKI College of Arts in the "Theater and Film Actor" department, I. Bulygin's course. In 2012 she graduated from the college and went to Saint Petersburg to receive higher education. She graduated in 2016 from SPbGATI, Nikolai Vladimirovich Belyak's course. In 2017-2018 the young actress studied at Nikita Sergeyevich Mikhalkov's Film Academy. She began acting in films in 2018. Her first work in Fatima Zoloeva's short film "The Meeting" (produced at Mikhalkov's film academy) was noted at the Art-Kino Festival in the "Best Ensemble Cast" nomination.

Another notable work of the actress was the lead role of Kristina in Varvara Bergelson's VGIK short film "About Snowflakes". This film received a number of prizes at various film festivals. In 2020-2022 Elena Alferova appeared in a number of well-known films and series, playing small roles: Elena Pototskaya in the series "Anna the Detective 2", Galina in the series "Spasskaya", Oksana's mother in the series "Undercover", an administrator in the series "Rugby", police lieutenant Irina Zarubina in the melodrama "Against Fate", Angela Chumakova in the film "Rural Detective.
