Biography

She finished school in 1978 in Kharkov. After school she managed to work as a librarian at Kharkov State University and as a cartographer. She graduated from GITIS named after Lunacharsky (1984, workshop of Vladimir Alekseevich Andreev). In 1984-1986 and 1988-2011 she was an actress at the Sovremennik Theatre. In 1986-1988 she was an actress at the Yermolova Theatre. Her stage debut was the play "Two on a Swing" (1984). Honored Artist of Russia (1995), People's Artist of Russia (2002).
