Honored Artist of the RSFSR (07/28/1980). People's Artist of Russia (10/01/2005). She began studying at the Moscow Shchukin School, but graduated from the Tovstonogov Studio at the Bolshoi Drama Theater. She worked at the Leningrad Lenin Komsomol Theater. Then she moved to Moscow, but began working in two cities, in different theaters and with the most famous directors - Genrietta Yanovskaya, Roman Viktyuk, Vladimir Tumanov.

She worked at the Baltic House theater. Since 2011 she has been in the troupe of the Alexandrinsky Theater.
