Lembit Ulfsak was born in Koeru, Järvamaa, Estonian SSR, USSR. Estonian Soviet actor and director. He sang in the ensemble "Amor Trio" (the "Love" trio). In 1970 he graduated from the acting faculty of the Tallinn State Conservatory (course instructor - Voldemar Panso). From 1969 to 1978 he was an actor at the State Youth Theatre of the Estonian SSR (Tallinn City Theatre).

From 1978 to 1985 and from 1994 he was an actor at the V. Kingissepp State Academic Drama Theatre (Estonian Drama Theatre). From 1985 to 1994 he was an actor and director at the "Tallinnfilm" studio. People's Artist of the Estonian SSR (1986).
