Ron Livingston

Ron Livingston was born on June 5, 1967 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA. His mother Linda is a Lutheran minister, and his father Kurt is an aeronautical engineer. Besides Ron, the family includes younger brothers John and Nick and a sister Jennifer, whose professions in the future turned out to be similar to Ron's chosen career — the brothers are also actors, and Jennifer works in television.

Ron graduated from his local high school, and later from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater and English literature. His studies allowed Ron to take part in the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

After receiving his education, Ron moved to Chicago to fulfill his dream — to act in the theater.
