About this season

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs General Kondratyev is sent from Moscow to St. Petersburg to restore order in the Northern Capital. Major Pavel Semyonov and Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Mikhailov become officers of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and serve in the second department of the Criminal Investigation Directorate. The boss of St. Petersburg's criminal underworld, Alexei Fomin, tries to hold on to power.
