Adam Carter Rehmeier (born August 5, 1976) is an American film director, screenwriter, and cinematographer, best known for his coming-of-age films Dinner in America (2020) and Snack Shack (2024).

Rehmeier grew up in Nebraska City, Nebraska, in the family of district judge Randall Rehmeier. As a teenager in the early 1990s, he worked at a poolside snack bar in Steinhart Park in the community on the Missouri River — an experience he later drew on in his film Snack Shack. He attended Columbia College Chicago, where he studied film with a focus on cinematography. He began working as a documentary cinematographer, shot low-budget feature films, and documented the tours of the jam band Phish.
