Biography
Verónica is a Mexican actress, singer, and writer who has built her career in theater and television. In 2012 she graduated from the Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT) at UNAM. Since then she has made a career on the stage, earning public recognition and standing out in projects such as "La Vengadora de las Mujeres" directed by Carla Soto in Almagro, Spain; "Cómo Sembrar Cocodrilos en un Cabaret Mecánico"; "Los Equilibristas"; "Demasiado Cortas las Piernas"; "Visceral" — a monologue about a girl who has lost her mother, and "La madriguera" directed by José Sampedro. Theater has allowed her to travel the world, presenting her work in places such as Spain, Germany, and the interior of the Mexican Republic.
In 2020 the actress landed an important role in the Netflix original series "Historia de un Crimen: La Búsqueda"; this production revives the case of little Paulette — a story that shook Mexico and, moreover, reveals the journalistic and governmental dynamics that complicated the case from the very beginning. Verónica is also part of the cast of "Backdoor," a comedy project born on the internet that went viral in 2019 thanks to the video "Harina," in which Verónica played Lieutenant Ramírez.
