Bolivia. The Uyuni Salt Flat. Episode 4
45 min
In the fourth episode of the Bolivian season, The World Inside Out will move from the cold highlands to the hot tropics, to a region with the amusing name Cochabamba, where wild animals and venomous snakes live, but the main predator in this region is man. Throughout the country, exotic animals face danger—poachers catch them for sale, and shamans—for their magical rituals. We will carry out a noble mission—we will send home, to the wild jungle, an anteater that volunteers saved from poachers.
A Bolivian culinary experiment awaits us. We will try the traditional dish of the Cochabamba region, which shocks any European—soup made from a very delicate part of a bull.
After Cochabamba we will go to a unique place, one of the most beautiful on the planet—the great Uyuni Salt Flat. A place where the sky merges with the earth, one of the most beautiful on the planet. Here Dmytro Komarov will test himself in another hellish profession—a salt miner—and will also show a cemetery of abandoned trains and a hotel made entirely of salt. But the main find will be mysterious mummies of ancient Indians, hidden in a cave of the Tunupa volcano one and a half thousand years ago.
In the fifth episode of the Bolivian season, The World Inside Out will see how one of the most dangerous drugs in the world is born. We will show from the inside the entire process of growing and harvesting coca—the raw material for the production of cocaine.
Surprisingly, in Bolivia there is a very unusual village where it is easy to forget not only which country you are in, but also which continent. Absolutely all the people here are dark-skinned; they are descendants of African slaves. Like any people, Afro-Bolivians live by the country's common laws, elect deputies and a president. But only here, in the region of coca and dense forests, there also rules a real king! We will meet the king of the Afro-Bolivians, his queen, and even visit his residence—probably the most unsightly on the planet. Having seen the poverty in which the Bolivian elite live, we could not even imagine that the best off here are... Ukrainians! We will go to visit Natalia from Kharkiv, who will show the luxurious life of a Ukrainian-Bolivian family. Another shocking culinary experiment! Even 7,000 years ago, wild Indian tribes inhabiting the Andes domesticated guinea pigs, but not at all to keep them as pets, but for their meat. Millennia have passed, but the culinary preferences of the Indians have not changed at all. At the home of a Bolivian family, we will see how a festive dinner is made from cute guinea pigs.

Bolivia. Old Believers. Women's Fights, Dinosaurs and the Fair of Miracles. Episode 6
45 min
In the sixth episode of the Bolivian season, The World Inside Out will visit the most exciting Bolivian show—wrestling, where it is not muscular men who fight, but women! Fighters in skirts will show the toughest moves and tell what makes them engage in such a dangerous sport. The materialization of desires in action. We will visit a unique fair of miracles, where for literally pennies you can buy yourself a house, a car, a business, a wife and even children! Of course, not real ones, but toy ones. Bolivians believe that if you buy a miniature copy of your dream, it will definitely come true! An exclusive report. It is hard to believe, but Slavs—Old Believers—live in the Bolivian tropics. These people reject almost everything new and live in isolation from the outside world. Here it is forbidden to use mobile phones, the internet, and even to listen to music! But the most amazing thing is that they do not recognize modern science and are sure that the earth does not rotate on its axis, and that astronauts have never been in space!
Traces of the past are everywhere in Bolivia. We will show the place where it has literally "left its mark"—this is a giant wall on which 5,000 tracks of real dinosaurs have been preserved!
After getting acquainted with prehistoric animals, we will meet modern ones and go to where our smaller brothers are saved from the hands of shamans and poachers—to a wildlife rescue center.
And finally, we will visit the grandiose carnival in Cochabamba, where through mass mischief, wild dances, alcohol and fun, Bolivians glorify the Holy Virgin Mary.

Bolivia. Chocolate Plantations, Hunting Piranhas and Crocodiles. Episode 7
45 min
In episode 7 of the Bolivian season, The World Inside Out sets off on an expedition to the sources of the legendary Amazon River, to the wildest and least studied region of the country. Roads in Amazonia are bad, so between cities people often do not drive but fly. An extreme flight on an air taxi awaits us—a small, old, half-ruined plane. Bolivians do not particularly care about flight safety, and often this leads to tragic consequences. We will show the crash site of Boeing 727 and tell about one of the most unique plane crashes in the history of aviation—how in a terrible accident absolutely all passengers of the airliner miraculously survived.
Miracles happen—Bolivia proves this once again. Here you get used to being amazed. We will go deep into the Amazon jungle to be amazed even more. A hunt for the most dangerous fish on the planet—piranhas—awaits us. We will tell you how not to become a victim of bloodthirsty animals and how to cook a tasty dinner from them. Another fearsome predator we will have to deal with is the crocodile. Dmytro Komarov will test on himself a deadly dangerous profession—crocodile hunter. We will show you a real war between people and reptiles.
In Amazonia, not only in the jungle but also in big cities, life goes on alongside unique animals; every night they come out into the streets of the cities. We will look for capybaras—the largest rodents on Earth, somewhat resembling giant guinea pigs.
After harmless rodents, extreme sport and excitement await us again—horse racing and very cruel fights between buffaloes and people.
And finally, we will tell how the main delicacy on the planet is made from cocoa beans—real chocolate.

Bolivia. The Curse of Che Guevara. Episode 8
45 min
In episode 8 of the Bolivian season, The World Inside Out will show a very unusual settlement near the city of Santa Cruz, where houses are built from what can be found at any garbage dump—bottles. Bottle construction kills two birds with one stone. Firstly, it solves the housing problem for poor families, and secondly, it rids the city of garbage. The World Inside Out sets off in the footsteps of Che Guevara, who died in Bolivia. Together with living witnesses, we will reconstruct the last days and minutes of the life of the legendary man. We will meet one of the revolutionary's comrades-in-arms, Osvaldo Peredo, who recruited guerrillas for new revolutions abroad, including in the Soviet Union. We will find General Gary Prado Salmón—the only person who knows everything about the capture of Che Guevara. In 1967 he commanded the platoon that took the legendary comandante prisoner and executed him. Around Che's death there are still many secrets and mysteries. We will debunk many myths about what he was really like. How did he live and whom did he love? Was he really a model of honesty and justice? How and on whose orders did he actually die? We will learn why during his lifetime Che Guevara could not win the trust of Bolivians, but after death he became a saint for many of them. We will visit a unique place where Che Guevara is literally prayed to. We will hear many sensations and frank confessions from Julia Cortés, who became Che's last love, as well as from the woman who washed his body to put it on public display. The revolutionary also radically changed her life, but after his death. Mysticism? Possibly. But all the participants in the events of October 9, 1967 believe in the curse of Che Guevara. We will tell whom and how the revolutionary takes revenge on from the other world. But the Che trail is not the final stop on our route. We will head to the main and most dangerous goal of our journey—Mount Huayna Potosí, the peak of the Cordillera Real mountain range. A climb to 6,088 meters awaits us. The program The World Inside Out will try to reach its new record altitude.
